Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at annayasbyannuandnaiya@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged / Defective/Wrong product received :
We do multiple quality checks, before dispatching the order but in case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product reaches you, kindly get in touch via WhatsApp/ email at +91 99980 24964 / Annaya’s email, respectively with reference images within 36 hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details of your order. The team will certainly help you with the return of the order. And the correct order will be shipped to you.

REFUND :
We do not have a refund policy.
